So, for unforeseen reasons, my Paladin barely got played at all this week, still level 68 waiting patiently, kind of. I’m 29 bars away from my second level 70 Paladin but this time it’s something I really wanted to play instead of conforming to get a raid spot, stupid Horde needing Holy Paladins. Yes my first Paladin was a Blood Elf, a male one at that! Stop looking at me funny.

The week, I’ve been PvPing and doing a bit of Arenas, on my Rogue. I currently only do 2’s and 3’s. My 2’s team is an old buddy from my Horde days that I conned into coming to my server with a druid he had back from the days of Neferion in Blackwing Lair. He’s currently 8/11/42, pretty much cookie cutter spec as far as Resto’s go, he’s also in my 3’s team but more on that later.

All I have to say is Cataclysm’s Edge on a pretty much full blue Druid makes the druid yelp as he’s crushed under the might of the sword. Highest I’ve gotten so far on my 2’s is 1574, but that was quickly lost due to a brick Wall of Warriors and us refusing to quit till we hit 1505 and thought otherwise. I have high hopes for this team because of how well we currently play together and when out geared we usually make the other team work for it. Hopefully once he completes picking up more of the Season 2 set from Honor we can start working towards 1800 so I can get my hands on some tasty Season 3 swords. Perhaps more on our general strats in the future, if people would be interested in that.

My 3’s team is where we hit 1575 just last night in fact. I run with my Druid from 2s and my buddie Nate who plays a Hunter, he just hit 70 three weeks ago now? Needless to say he could also use some more gear. I refused to queue again till I picked up my bracer’s, because I had the honor waiting for them. Got them all chanted and gemmed up and we promptly hit a gear check and slowly fell all the way down to 1498. Needless to say we were not to happy but, managed to pull it back up to a 1553 rating. And in our final game I ended up killing an Elemental Shaman who was full Vengeful and had about 1000 mana left, and a Rogue who was decently geared who I had gotten down to about 50% before, I lost my druid healer due to a Nature’s Swiftness Chain Lightning crit with a Lightning Overload hit that dropped him. To go without saying I was pretty sure I was screwed but I still had a couple cooldowns up and managed to pull it off, my team mates were very happy with me and I decided to call it there for the night. Nate who sometimes runs FRAPs didn’t think to turn it on, which makes me sad because I’d like to see just how I manged to pull it off.

Also, I managed to run into a reader of the blog who happens to be the Emberstorm Battlegroup a couple times, this week. He’s currently grinding for his Paladin’s S2 Mace which I soon will be doing the same thing. Last I knew he needed about 5k more honor, and wish him the best of luck! And from the sounds of it his Rogue main makes me very jealous as he’s progressing in Sunwell.

I wish I had more to share but, other then the PvP there hasn’t been much going on other then general slacking.

Next week, I’ll post my Paladins gear list without fail, perhaps talk a little bit more about Arenas less I come to find you guys hate me talking about them. Other then that I’ll catch ya guys soon!
