In game, I have played every single class to level 30 at least once. I know the basics of most classes and specs, though I am by no means an expert on most of them.
My most beloved characters are :

Khuuna - Survival Hunter
In the blog world, I’m the Egotistical Priest (as you’ve probably already guessed, based on the blog name and url that got you here). I’ve been writing the Ego blog since June 11, 2007.
I started the blog after my husband showed me a post by BigRedKitty on basic hunter tactics. It was a great post, and was probably my first indication that Warcraft players craved posts that were more than just high level theorycrafting and number crunching – they wanted posts on the basics, on things that might seem obvious to those who have been around the block a time or two.
With much encouragement from my husband, I started Ego. My hope was to have a blog that was helpful to the newb and the reasonably seasoned players alike. Something that covered the core priest abilities and ideals as well as some general warcraft tactics that have served me well over the years that I’ve been playing this game.
I wanted to present that information in an organized, useful, and at least mildly entertaining fashion, and I think I’ve succeeded in that.
I refuse to turn my blog into a money-making enterprise. I don’t have advertisements, nor do I get paid for writing. I aim to write a blog that I personally would find easy to visit and navigate, and I hate advertisement-strewn websites.
I write because I care, and because I love it.
